How to verify a Polish industrial security certificate

Polish law does not provide for a public register of companies holding an industrial security certificate (facility security clearance). Verification is based on the certificate itself.
What to check
- issuing authority (ABW or SKW), company name, registered office, KRS and NIP numbers,
- certificate level – level III does not allow storing classified materials on the company's premises,
- classification level and expiry date covering the contract period,
- whether it is a national certificate or a separate certificate for NATO/EU classification levels.
