We process the data provided in the contact form (name, e-mail address, phone number, content of the message) in order to respond to your message, on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary but necessary for us to respond.
3. Retention period
We keep the data until we have responded and the correspondence has ended, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever is earlier.
4. Recipients
We do not transfer personal data to other entities for their own purposes and in particular we do not share it for marketing purposes. The data may be processed only by technical service providers acting on our behalf (processors): Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and spam protection) and Google (e-mail), subject to the safeguards required by the GDPR.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
6. Cookies
This website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. The spam protection mechanism in the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) may process technical device data to distinguish a user from an automated program.
