Classified information protection documentation
Preparation and updating of the documents that an organisation or company must have under the Polish Act on the Protection of Classified Information.
Documents we prepare
- Classified information protection plan, including for a state of emergency.
- Instruction on the processing of information classified as „zastrzeżone” (RESTRICTED) and on the scope and conditions of physical security measures.
- Risk assessment and physical security measures documentation.
- Secret registry operating procedures and procedures for the circulation of classified documents.
- List of positions and persons authorised to access classified information.
- Support in preparing ICT system security documentation: specific security requirements and secure operating procedures.
How the documentation is prepared
We prepare documentation for the specific organisation rather than from a template. It reflects the type and classification of the information processed, the organisational structure, the layout of the premises and the results of the risk assessment.
Some documents are drawn up by the classified information protection officer and approved by the head of the organisation. We prepare drafts of these documents and support their implementation.
Frequently asked questions
How often should the documentation be updated?
After every significant change: in the law, the organisational structure, the premises, the scope of information processed or the results of the risk assessment. It is also worth reviewing the documentation before a planned inspection.
